Agreement of Service
These terms govern all taxi bookings, airport transfers, one-way drops, corporate transport, and luxury coach rentals provided by CabXpress. By initiating a booking through our online forms, phone support, or WhatsApp channel, you agree to these service conditions.
1. Booking & Trip Confirmation
All bookings are processed and subject to vehicle availability at the requested pickup time. To confirm a booking:
- A booking is only deemed confirmed once a dispatcher issues a Confirmation SMS, WhatsApp message, or Email with vehicle registration and driver allocation details.
- Allocated driver details are usually sent to passengers 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- CabXpress reserves the right to upgrade or modify the allocated vehicle model to an equivalent or superior category (at no extra cost to the passenger) in case of operational bottlenecks.
2. Billing, Fares & Extra Charges
We practice a policy of 100% transparent invoicing. Please note our standardized charge rules:
Per-KM Outstation Bookings
- Min. Running: A minimum charge of 300 KM per day will be counted.
- Garage Calculations: Distances are measured garage-to-garage from our Rajkot head office.
Extra Taxes & Expenses
- Toll tax, parking fees, and state border permit taxes are extra as per actual receipts.
- Night driving driver allowances, hill station fees, and local entry permits as per actuals.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Local & Outstation Cabs: Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup incur zero cancellation fees.
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested within 12 hours of scheduled departure, a processing fee (equal to 1 day driver allowance or 20% of fixed route rate) may apply.
- No-Show: If a passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup spot within 45 minutes of scheduled time without notice, it is considered a No-Show and the booking deposit is non-refundable.
4. Passenger Guidelines & Compliance
- Commercial Fleet Safety: All CabXpress fleet vehicles operate with valid commercial permits, passenger transport licensing, and comprehensive liability cover.
- Luggage Restrictions: Luggage carrier weight limits are subject to transport authority guidelines. No hazardous or illegal substances are permitted inside the vehicles.
- Driver Safety: Our drivers are trained professionals. Any abusive behavior or request to drive above speed limits or violate traffic laws will result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund.
